Your crew did an excellent job putting a new roof on my house. What my wife and I thought was going to be a nightmare, turned out to be a great experience! All my wife's flowers were protected nicely! Your crew even made sure the old paper wraps didn't blow in the wind. The cleaned up after their day's work, and before they took lunch...I mean cleaned up! Like they were hardly there. My neighbors were realy impressed too. By the time the roof was done, you couldn't even tell that a crew was here at all...except for a gorgeous new roof! It was smart to choose you guys. Weatherhead and Sons is the BEST in Grand Rapids! Thanks again for the excellent job. We'll be looking forward to getting quotes from you on siding this home soon! PS-Grand Rapids, MI

- Thanks to Weatherhead and Sons for the great job they did on our home in July 2008.
The roofing crew was friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves better than any other company we have dealt with in the past. It was obvious they did quality work, whether the customer was looking on or not. Talk about cleaning up! I have never seen a roofing job end each day as if no one had been there. I could hardly find a stray nail.
Kelly and Garth installed our windows and doors so they fit just right and did a few additional small things for us that he didn’t have to do, but did. (Don’t tell the boss.) They were friendly and funny and Kelly enjoyed the mud my wife passes off as coffee each morning. He explained things to us whenever we had questions (and we had plenty) without getting disgusted with the questions. He also found some original construction faults that he fixed for us and didn’t complain when I messed up the stain work on the new wood he put up and removed it so I could do it again the right way. Thanks guys.
Brian, Mike and Nick were a joy to have around as they installed our siding,
gutters, fascia and soffits. We were extremely pleased with how Brian coordinated
the project and ensured quality at every step, even though Mike and Nick did quality work from the beginning anyway. Brian also knew a lot of little tricks here and there and made suggestions to improve the professional look of the house that we hadn’t thought of before he mentioned them. He took the time to show us how something would look if he did it a couple of different ways so we could decide which way was to our taste. Every time I pointed out something that wasn’t finished yet, he would say “I have it on my punch list.” I never did see that punch list, but sure enough everything got done. I don’t know how he kept it straight. Talk about knowing how to bend metal, he was amazing in how he could make things fit well.
Nick, the Picasso of sealant, was very cordial and polite every time he interacted
with us. Congratulations to him on the arrival of a new baby while they worked on our house. He always made sure the yard and garage was cleaned up each night before he left. He also reassured the nervous homeowners that while it might not look so good right now, it would be perfect when done. He was right. Thanks Nick.
Mike, the jack of all trades, was fun to have around. We enjoyed his sense of humor and his ability to withstand me looking over his shoulder all the time. He also made useful suggestions on how we might want to have certain things look. Every request we made of him was met with a polite response and a willingness to do it if it made sense. Where it didn’t make sense he explained why without being condescending. Good job Mike.
All of Weatherhead’s workers can be proud of the craftsmanship they poured into our home.
Andy and Wendy were also a delight to interact with regarding the administrative and logistical aspects of the job. Thanks Andy for being so patient with us and all our questions and for trying to alleviate our apprehension. We weren’t used to working with remodelers like you. Our past experiences were nowhere near as professional and honest as Weatherhead and Sons was. Thanks to Wendy, that voice on the phone that made sure things went as planned and that things got ordered. We don’t know how you kept it straight.
We couldn’t be happier with the experience at Weatherhead’s and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others.
